Jackie Chan’s 100th movie is 1911!

1911, is Jackie Chan’s 100th movie, and it is to be an all-star tribute to the 100th anniversary of the 1911 revolution. The film will tell the story of the founding of the Republic of China, when Sun Yat Sen’s forces overthrew the Qing dynasty. Apart from starring in the movie, Jackie Chan is also the executive producer, besides co-directing and composing the stunts.
The film is said to have a combination of history, action, war and romance, besides bringing together 70-plus celebrities including Li Bing bing, Winston Chao, Joan Chen, Ning Jing, Yu Shaoqun, as well as Jaycee (Jackie’s son).
The full Tamilnadu theatrical rights to release 1911, has been bought by Volmart Films. The film is expected to hit theatres on October 13th in both Tamil and English. 1911 looks set to bring to screen another epic story, and Jackie’s stunts are sure to set the screens on fire!
